Price Per SQFT Comparison - Trilogy La Quinta VS Trilogy Polo Club, CA (July 12, 2025)

If you’re shopping for a home in one of Coachella Valley’s premier 55+ communities, you’ve likely come across both Trilogy La Quinta and Trilogy Polo Club. While both offer resort-style living and modern amenities, I am often asked which location is more expensive. As of July 12, 2025, Polo Club is more expensive by around $10 per SQFT.
- Every 6 months, I revisit this. I have seen it even, or Polo is in front every time. I've been checking this for the last 2-3 years.
📊 Price Per Square Foot
-
Trilogy Polo Club: $383.40/sqft (average sold)
-
Trilogy La Quinta: $372.88/sqft (average sold)
This means that, dollar for dollar, Polo Club homes are valued slightly higher per square foot — about $10 more. Even though homes in Trilogy La Quinta tend to be larger in overall size, the price density is stronger at Polo Club.
What Does That Mean for Buyers?
If you're looking for newer construction with strong resale potential, Polo Club may offer more concentrated value. But if you're after more space, larger floor plans, and don’t mind paying more overall, Trilogy La Quinta still delivers premium living.
Bottom Line:
Both are excellent communities offering similar fundamental lifestyle offerings. $10 is not a big difference; it's healthy to look at the facts and go from there.
