All Sales Final – With Careful Exceptions: Because each artwork is one-of-a-kind and handcrafted using museum-quality materials, all sales are considered final. However, we stand behind the integrity of our work and offer the following protections:
✅ Damage During Shipping: If your frame or print arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will either:
- Repair the item (if possible)
- Replace it (if feasible)
- Or offer a refund if neither is viable
✅ Order Accuracy Guaranteed: If you received the wrong item or there was an error in framing, size, or image, we will cover the cost to correct it.
❌ No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: Due to the custom nature and limited edition status of each piece, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference or changes of mind.
