01A bedroom conversion changes the den
Nice, Reunion, Tramonto and Valletta can be described with bedroom ranges because the room arrangement varies. If you need both a guest bedroom and a private office, check which room becomes the additional bedroom before relying on the headline count.
02Separate a shared wall from a shared driveway
A paired home shares a building wall; a shared-driveway arrangement describes access. Those are different questions. The Evia drawing and Valletta profile identify shared-wall layouts. Check the actual property for its ownership form, access and maintenance responsibilities.
03Compare the version, not only the plan name
Nice and Reunion are closely related layouts, but their published sizes and selected options can differ. Loft versions, casitas, guest suites and garage changes can also alter a resale home. Use the drawing for the actual home when comparing room count, size and circulation.

Not yet. It contains the plans currently published on Desert Oasis Insider and will grow as more profiles and drawings are added. The plan count and filters describe this library only; a missing name does not mean the plan does not exist.
How do I compare layouts side by side?

Why do some plans show a bedroom range or an unconfirmed detail?
A plan may have a den conversion, guest-suite option or another configuration. The bedroom filter includes the published range. If a specification is not established by the profile or reviewed drawing, it stays unconfirmed instead of being guessed.
Will my saved plans and tour notes stay here?
Favorites and notes are saved in this browser on this device when browser storage is available. Clearing browser data can remove them. You can print a shortlist with your notes, or open an email to Mark containing the saved plan names and links.
Can I tell whether a home is 55+ from its floor-plan name?
No. Trilogy Polo Club includes age-qualified and all-ages areas. The status of the particular home should be verified separately from its layout. The community study guide explains that distinction.
