Living at Trilogy at The Polo Club gives you plenty of ways to fill your calendar. Finding the right activity, knowing whether you need a reservation, and locating the right person to answer a question can take a little practice.

My Trilogy Life, often called MTL, brings much of that information together. It includes events, member clubs, community announcements, resident bulletins, and HOA reference materials. Once you know where to look, it becomes a useful part of your routine.

Know which website to use

The first thing to understand is that Polo Club information is spread across several websites. MTL includes both Club and HOA information, but its HOA overview also directs residents to Albert Management and PCMA News.

What you need Where to start
Activities, amenity reservations, member clubs, and Club announcements My Trilogy Life
HOA account questions and management assistance Albert Management, through the link and contacts in MTL’s HOA overview
HOA news and updates PCMA News, through the link in MTL’s HOA overview
Architectural guidelines, community rules, maps, and archived meeting materials Community → HOA → Documents or Meeting Minutes in MTL

The HOA overview explains that the Association handles matters such as gates, parks, community landscaping, and governance. The Club handles hospitality services and amenities, with some overlap between the two. For example, the Club team staffs the Welcome Gate. That distinction helps you direct a question to the right team. HOA overview

If an external HOA link will not open, use the management contacts listed in that overview to request the current address or access instructions.

Start with the home page

The MTL home page gives you a quick look at upcoming events, news, bulletins, and featured activities. It also links to dining information, staff contacts, and hours of operation.

Use it to spot something interesting, then open the full event or announcement. The details page is where you can check the date, location, cost, availability, and instructions. A short home-page preview may leave out information you need before attending. MTL home page

Find events that fit your interests

Choose Events from the main menu. You can switch between List View and Calendar View, browse New Events, and narrow the listings with Event Types and Interest filters. Event Types include categories such as Fitness & Health, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, Member Clubs, and HOA.

For a manageable first visit:

  1. Choose an event category that interests you.
  2. Use the Tickets Available filter when you want to focus on events with available tickets.
  3. Open a listing and read its description and registration requirements.
  4. Check My Events afterward to review events you have marked as interesting or registered for.

Interested and registered are different states. An event appearing in My Events does not, by itself, mean you have reserved a place. Check your registration status for the specific activity.

Also check the price on each listing. The calendar includes complimentary activities, paid classes, and events with variable pricing or different member and guest rates. Events

Use the calendar for amenity reservations

Some listings are reservations for facilities rather than organized social events. The calendar includes lap pool, tennis court, and golf simulator reservations.

For example, the lap pool listing reviewed for this guide requires reservations in 60-minute increments and limits each time slot to three swimmers. It asks members to reserve at least one day ahead, contact the Concierge Desk for same-day availability, and unregister if they cannot use their slot. It also asks members not to reserve multiple slots on the same day.

Read the current reservation listing before booking, since these instructions may change. Releasing a reservation you cannot use gives another member the opportunity to enjoy that time. Lap pool reservation instructions

Follow clubs and read their joining instructions

Open Clubs to browse interests such as art, cooking, gardening, hiking, photography, pickleball, music, and card games. Select a club to read its description and upcoming events.

MTL’s official tutorial explains that selecting Interested follows a club page. Followed clubs appear under My Member Clubs. To receive club update emails, the tutorial also directs you to enable Clubs I’m Following in your notification settings. Club interest tutorial

Following a page helps you keep track of a club. Read its instructions to learn how to participate. The Polo Club Pickleball page, for example, directs members to a separate pickleball website for schedules, sign-ups, clinics, and new-member information. Polo Club Pickleball

Choose the emails you want

On a computer, click your name at the top of MTL and choose My Account, then Notifications. The official Help Center says that on a phone or a tablet held vertically, you reach My Account through the menu at the top right.

Review the available communication options and choose the ones that suit you. If you have checked your settings and still are not receiving expected emails, the Help Center directs you to contact MTL support with your name, community, and the emails you are missing. MTL Help Center

Use News and Bulletins for different purposes

News carries community and Club announcements, including changes to hours, maintenance notices, and upcoming programs. Bulletins provides space for member conversations and listings, with categories including Local, Buy & Sell, Services, and Home Rentals.

Use News to check operational updates. Use Bulletins to browse neighbor discussions and community listings. Treat a member’s service recommendation as a starting point for your own evaluation. News · Bulletins

Find HOA and Club documents

For HOA materials, follow Community → HOA → Documents, then expand the relevant category. Important Documents includes architectural guidelines, approved plant lists, the community handbook, the Master CC&R document, and maps. Separate categories hold portal guidance, updates, and newsletters. Meeting Minutes has its own tab.

For Club policies, use Community → Resort Club → Documents. That library includes membership information, Club rules, pool guidelines, and guest and renter resources. Guest and renter registration links also appear on the Community information page. HOA documents · Club documents · Community information

Check a document’s date and ask the responsible team for the current version before relying on an older rule or procedure. Archived materials can explain community history without necessarily reflecting today’s requirements.

Build a simple weekly routine

Start with the home page, check News for changes, and browse Events for the coming week. Follow a few clubs you would like to try and review My Events to keep track of your plans. When an HOA question comes up, use the HOA overview to find the right portal or contact.

You do not have to learn every feature at once. Begin with the parts that help you participate, then explore the rest as you need them.
