Desert Oasis Insider exists to make the Coachella Valley easier to understand through local research, firsthand observation, original visual work, historical investigation, market analysis, and practical community guides.

Accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and transparency matter more than publishing speed. These standards explain how the work is produced, how artificial intelligence is used, how changing information is handled, and how Desert Oasis Insider’s connection to real estate is disclosed.

No publication is free from error. The responsibility is to work carefully, make the process understandable, and correct material factual mistakes when they are identified.

Desert Oasis Insider is independently owned, directed, and edited by Mark Miller.

Mark chooses the subjects, defines the questions each resource should answer, directs the research, evaluates the evidence, reviews the writing and visuals, and makes the final publishing decisions. That responsibility remains with Mark regardless of which research, analytical, or production tools assist the process.
