Operating status updated

An opening date and a ribbon-cutting are different things

Nothing Bundt Cakes’ Palm Springs page now lists operating hours and services. Its October 19 ribbon-cutting is a celebration; the first trading day remains unconfirmed.

Why it matters

You can separate the operating business from the date of its public celebration before planning a visit.

Availability update

University Park: a closer look at the remaining options

WPG marks Esprit’s floor plans sold out while Nova still shows move-in-ready inventory. The distinctions between neighborhoods matter.

Planned access change

CV Link’s next chapter includes a bridge interruption

Palm Springs engineering staff described a future closure of the Ramon Road undercrossing during bridge reconstruction. An active closure and final detour have not been confirmed in our reporting.

Why it matters

Regular riders and walkers need a confirmed closure notice and route, not an assumption that work has already started.

Looking ahead

Cotino Bay: keep the public district separate from the private club

The announced dining, shopping and beach district is anticipated for spring 2027. Individual tenant dates and public ticket details still need confirmation.

Why it matters

A district opening target is not a confirmed opening date for every restaurant, shop or attraction.

SilverRock: what the latest photographs actually show

Eleven new field photographs document equipment, debris, exposed framing and unfinished structures at the resort site.

Why it matters
