Built from 2018 through 2024, the neighborhood combines contemporary desert homes, landscaped walking paths, mountain views, and a central recreation campus called The Outlook.

Where is Del Webb Rancho Mirage?

The community sits in northern Rancho Mirage, north of Dinah Shore Drive, between Los Alamos Road and Bob Hope Drive. The main entrance is reached from Dinah Shore Drive via Del Webb Way. Bob Hope Drive connects the area with Interstate 10, while nearby destinations include Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Sunnylands, and the Westin Rancho Mirage. Shopping, dining, and services are a drive from the gates.

Life at The Outlook

The Outlook brings together swimming, fitness, tennis, pickleball, bocce, putting greens, social spaces, and resident activities. Walking paths weave through the neighborhood's desert landscaping. There is no on-site golf course; the lifestyle centers on recreation, gathering with neighbors, and enjoying the surrounding valley.
