Sun City Shadow Hills is a guard-gated 55+ community in Indio, California, featuring 3,450 single-story homes across three distinct phases. Built by Del Webb between 2003 and 2016, the community offers a wide selection of floor plans ranging from efficient two-bedroom homes to larger residences with dens, casitas, expanded garages, private pools, and golf-course or mountain views.
