Shadow Hills North Course

The Shadow Hills Golf Club North Course is an 18-hole executive par-3 course located within Phase 3 of Sun City Shadow Hills in Indio, California. Designed by Schmidt-Curley, the roughly 3,000-yard course blends rolling green complexes, sculpted bunkers, water features, flowering desert landscaping, and multiple tee positions into one of the community’s most visually distinctive settings.

Although shorter than a traditional championship course, the North Course rewards accurate iron play, with holes generally ranging from approximately 135 to 210 yards. Its approachable format works well for newer golfers, while the water, bunkering, elevation changes, and undulating greens continue to challenge experienced players. The course also creates scenic golf, lake, desert, and mountain views for many of the surrounding Phase 3 homes.

Golf is available separately from the Sun City Shadow Hills HOA assessment. Green fees, player programs, carts, trail fees, and other golf services are priced independently and should be confirmed directly with the golf operation.
