Trilogy at La Quinta’s HOA signed a bulk agreement with Spectrum, effective June 1, 2019, to provide all homeowners with high-speed Internet and a premium TV package automatically included in their HOA dues.

Getting Set Up
If you already had Spectrum TV and Internet (before June 2019), your billing was automatically adjusted—no action needed.
New residents can:
1. Self-install using equipment picked up from a Spectrum Store or mailed kit — free of charge.
2. Schedule a professional installation (call 833-697-7328). Installation was free through Jan 2020, and may still be discounted.
