HOA Information

The Trilogy Polo Club Homeowners Association (HOA) maintains the community’s common areas, landscapes, and amenities. The HOA enforces architectural and landscaping standards to preserve the community’s appearance and quality.

  • Board of Directors & Design Review Committee: The Board of Directors oversees the HOA. The Design Review Committee manages exterior and landscaping approvals.

  • HOA Responsibilities Include: Community landscaping, walking trails, parks, open spaces, gated entries, security, and common area facilities.

  • Rules & Regulations: Policies cover noise, pets, parking, smoking, rentals, and other community standards.

  • Age Requirement: At least one household resident must be 55+ (exceptions apply).


Membership Information

The Polo Club is a private club for residents. Membership provides access to amenities, fitness, pools, and courts.

Initiation & Transfer Fees

  • Initiation Fee: Required if purchasing a home without an active club membership to transfer.

  • Transfer Fee: Required if purchasing a home with an active club membership to transfer.

Monthly Dues

  • Club Dues: Paid in addition to HOA dues. Cover use of club amenities, events, and services.

Guest Privileges

  • Members may bring up to 4 adult guests and 2 children per visit.

  • Guests must sign a Guest Waiver (via Bluestar).

  • Guest fees apply for use of pool, fitness, or courts.

Rentals & Transfers

  • Members may assign their membership to renters (fee required).

  • Membership transfers to new home buyers subject to fees and conditions.

Club Rules & Policies

  • Appropriate attire required in dining and fitness areas.

  • No outside food or drinks (medical exceptions allowed).

  • Service animals only.

  • Reservations recommended for amenities and dining.
