Do I have to work with you for Real Estate Photography?
No. But each Listing Photography Package purchase includes a Walkthrough Video. So it makes sense to work with me on both to win big on YouTube if you also have inventory for sale as a listing agent.

High-quality HDR photography captures each property with precision—delivering bright, balanced, and thoughtfully composed images that showcase the home at its full potential. Aerial drone imagery is included, providing added perspective and depth to your listing.
✅ Walkthrough Videos
These walkthrough videos are designed to be simple and efficient to create. Each home is filmed with Mark, mic’d up, as if it were being presented directly to a prospective buyer. This approach allows viewers to connect with you through your content—creating familiarity and trust before they ever meet you in person. Over time, this builds a stronger presence at open houses and naturally leads to inbound opportunities from clients who already value your expertise.

What better way to sell the lifestyle than showing them the onsite amenities? I already have a deep collection of high quality lifestyle photos, but if I do not have them, I will capture them. Community photos are shared with all active clients. If you stop working with me, usage rights will be restricted over time.

Work directly with Mark to develop and execute video concepts tailored to your brand. Content may include clubhouse walkthroughs, local events, interviews, and in-depth community features. Each month, clients collaborate with Mark to refine a clear content strategy—focused on growing their YouTube presence, increasing visibility, and driving meaningful engagement.
