The 2026 golf season at Trilogy Golf Club at La Quinta is shaping up to be one of the best yet. Following last year’s successful “soft opening,” this season introduces even more — a fully open golf shop, restaurant, and new amenities that enhance the overall experience for players and residents alike.

A Thoughtful Update

Derek Mazzoni, PGA, and the team invested considerable analysis in shaping the 2026 golf options. They reviewed member feedback, usage data, and local trends to ensure a balance between community input and long-term club sustainability. The result? A lineup that makes the most of what golfers love — flexibility, value, and experience.

2026 Highlights

Premier Passes & Advantage Cards:
Both programs return with some improvements. Premier Pass holders now get Monday–Thursday access (including holidays) and complimentary practice facility access.

New Practice Facility Pass:
A fresh option for those who want practice access without a full pass commitment — perfect for anyone focused on sharpening their skills.

Advantage Card Updates:
Unused 2025 rounds will stay active in your account. However:

• 2026 Advantage Cards can’t be purchased until prior rounds are used.

• Only one card of the same type can be held at a time (all 10 rounds must be played first).

GPS Comes to Club Carts:
All club-owned carts are being upgraded with GPS units for a more connected, precision-driven experience.

Cart Fee Changes:
This year introduces a cart fee for Premier and Advantage Cardholders when using club carts. Private carts remain free. This change ensures carts are available for those who need them without adding a mandatory annual trail fee — something many other clubs now charge.

Private Cart Registration:
All private carts must now be registered with the golf shop. More details are on the way.
