Parr House is a private retreat within the Artisan Club at Cotino, inspired by the Parr family’s mid-century modern home from Disney and Pixar’s Incredibles 2. Designed by Walt Disney Imagineering, the house brings Pixar storytelling into a functional setting for member gatherings, celebrations, creative experiences, and limited overnight stays.

Parr House is not a public attraction, model home, hotel, or traditional clubhouse. It is an exclusive Artisan Club amenity available to eligible members under the club’s reservation policies.
Use of Parr House may require additional fees and is subject to limited availability, applicable stay requirements, and current club rules. Purchasing a home in the Cotino community does not automatically include Artisan Club membership or unrestricted access to Parr House.
