Cotino Bay is the approximately 24-acre turquoise lagoon at the center of Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney community in Rancho Mirage. Surrounded by white-sand beaches, desert landscaping and mountain views, the lagoon gives Cotino a waterfront environment unlike a traditional Coachella Valley residential community.
The private side of Cotino Bay supports the Artisan Club experience, including member beaches, water recreation, dining and lagoon-side gathering spaces. Homeownership alone does not automatically provide access to every beach, club facility or activity. Access depends on the applicable membership, admission requirements and community rules.
A separate public-facing district called Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops is also planned around the lagoon. Because its opening schedule, businesses, admission details and visitor policies may change, current public-access information is maintained in a dedicated Cotino Bay Beach guide.
