Trilogy Polo Club is a gated, resort-style community located in south Indio along the La Quinta border. Developed primarily by Shea Homes between 2013 and 2025, the community includes approximately 1,070 residences ranging from compact, low-maintenance homes to larger detached properties with private pools, casitas, premium lots and mountain views.
Unlike a traditional golf community, Trilogy Polo Club centers its lifestyle around a private social club. The community’s amenities include resort and lap pools, a fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce, creative spaces, dining, community events, walking paths and 19 neighborhood parks. The absence of an on-site golf course allows recreation and social programming to take center stage.
Most of Trilogy Polo Club is age-qualified for residents 55 and older, but the community also includes approximately 214 all-ages homes. This combination, along with its newer architecture and variety of housing styles, makes Trilogy Polo Club one of the Coachella Valley’s most distinctive master-planned communities.
