Follow the streets to the entrance you would use for errands or visitors. A nearby perimeter road does not guarantee a convenient exit. Confirm gate access and the permitted route for your mode of travel.

Official visitor directionsSun City Palm Desert is north of Interstate 10, near Washington Street and Varner Road. It uses a Palm Desert mailing address and lies in unincorporated Riverside County. Mountain View combines Association services, fitness, the indoor pool, Cali Cafe and the Santa Rosa golf shop. Sunset View includes Boulevards, the library, an outdoor pool and the San Gorgonio golf shop. Lake View focuses on fitness, an indoor walking track and recreation. Use the map to compare their locations and the official clubhouse overview for current facility information.
The Association’s published directions approach Del Webb Boulevard from Washington Street. For a home tour, confirm the correct entrance and guest instructions with your agent or host. For golf, dining or an event, confirm the exact destination first. A resident gate that looks closest on the map may not be available for your visit. See the official directions.
Mountain Vista Golf Club accommodates public play on the Santa Rosa and San Gorgonio courses. Boulevards and Cali Cafe also welcome the public. Check current booking, dining and arrival information before visiting.
