The Daybreak is a single-story Woodbridge Pacific Group design with approximately 3,576 square feet. A gated courtyard leads toward the great room, while the angled kitchen and island help define the center of the home.
The primary suite includes a sitting area, a spacious bathroom and a walk-in closet. Two secondary bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. An entertainment room with a wet bar gives gatherings a separate destination, and another flex room offers space for an office or personal interests.
