The Daybreak II expands the Daybreak layout to approximately 4,028 square feet across two stories. Its main-floor gathering spaces connect a gated front courtyard, a large great room and covered outdoor living.
The primary suite has a separate sitting area, bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen’s long island forms a central gathering point, while two secondary bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. A wet-bar entertainment room and another flex space allow different activities to have their own places.
Upstairs, the builder describes a private guest suite with a living area, kitchenette and balcony, reached through a separate outdoor entrance. The gallery includes both floor drawings. The official catalog currently lists three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms; confirm how a selected guest-suite or bedroom configuration is counted with the builder.
