The Harmony offers approximately 3,719 square feet on one level, with a private front courtyard and garages positioned at the rear. This arrangement gives the front of the home a courtyard-focused arrival.
The great room connects to the courtyard and covered outdoor living through stacking glass doors. The island kitchen shares the main gathering area, while a large flex space includes a wet bar, island and seating area that opens outdoors. A second flex room can accommodate an office or other personal use.
The primary suite is separated for privacy and includes a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet. Each of the two secondary bedrooms also has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Available alternatives include primary-bath layouts, bedroom and bathroom conversions, a guest suite and a golf-cart garage option; the selected combination determines the final configuration.
