The Harmony II combines a courtyard-oriented main floor with a separately accessed upper guest suite. The published home area is approximately 4,193 square feet across two stories.
On the main floor, the primary suite is set apart from two secondary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The kitchen island and great room form the central gathering area. A larger flex room adds a wet bar, island and seating area, with another flex room available for an office or other use.
The upper guest suite includes a living area, kitchenette and balcony, with access from the outdoor side yard. Both floor images are included to show the relationship between the main home and that separate space. The official catalog currently lists three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom; ask the builder to confirm the count for the chosen suite and bedroom options.
