Rancho Village is a residential community in Cathedral City near the Rancho Mirage boundary. Its character is especially clear from above: tile-roofed homes surround a central recreation area, with palms, lawns and curved streets tying the neighborhood together.

Mark Miller’s photographs from October 20, 2026 move from the wider neighborhood to its shared outdoor spaces. The pool, spa and courts form a visible center, while individual homes have their own patios, planting and backyard arrangements.

A neighborhood organized around shared recreation

The first photograph shows how the recreation area sits within the neighborhood. Homes face internal streets, and the pool and courts occupy a shared space between them. The second view brings those relationships closer: the recreation building, pool deck, small spa and court enclosure can be read together.

This is the defining visual story of Rancho Village—a group of homes with common recreation close at hand. The aerial views show the physical arrangement; access to amenities remains subject to the association’s rules.

Tennis and pickleball

The closest photograph shows the blue-and-green court surfaces, net positions and markings for tennis and pickleball. Fencing separates the playing area from surrounding streets and homes, with palms rising around the enclosure.

Court photographs capture a particular moment. Scheduling, guest access and current operating rules should be confirmed with the association before arranging play.

The homes and outdoor spaces

Warm-colored tile roofs give the neighborhood a consistent appearance, while courtyards, driveways, roof forms and planting vary from home to home. The photographs show both shared recreation and some individual backyard pools; these serve different roles in the neighborhood.

Solar panels are visible on several roofs. Their presence does not establish whether a particular system is owned, financed or leased.

Where to find Rancho Village

Rancho Village sits on the west side of Da Vall Drive, south of Gerald Ford Drive, in Cathedral City. The nearby Rancho Mirage boundary helps explain why both city names sometimes appear in descriptions of the area.

The map marks the community area, not an authorized visitor entrance. Residential visits and showings require appropriate arrangements.
