The Serene is a single-story Estate Collection design by Brian Foster Residences, with approximately 4,340 square feet, four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. A broad shared living area occupies one side of the plan, while the bedroom spaces are arranged along the opposite side around the garage and service rooms.
The kitchen’s long island faces the great room, dining area and lounge. Large sliding-glass openings connect that gathering area with covered outdoor living. The primary suite occupies one end of the bedroom wing, with a walk-in closet, separate tub and shower, and an adjacent covered outdoor area.
One secondary bedroom sits near the primary wing, while two more sit toward the entry and laundry. Each has an ensuite bathroom. The drawing shows another covered outdoor space beside the two bedrooms near the front of the home, giving the plan more than one outdoor gathering or retreat area.
The published layout shows three garage spaces and labels a possible conversion to flex space or an additional bedroom and bathroom. Cotino’s design description also discusses a detached guest-house option and a pool-and-water-feature concept around the great room. A detached guest house is not shown in this main-home drawing; confirm whether it is included in a particular offering, along with its area, bedroom count and outdoor package.
