The Stellar offers approximately 4,221 square feet on one level, with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a four-space garage in Cotino’s published base specifications. Its plan centers on a great room, dining area, kitchen and bar, with covered outdoor living along the main gathering space.
The primary suite occupies one side of the home, with a walk-in closet, separate tub and shower, and optional outdoor living beside the bathroom. Two secondary bedrooms are located across the home and have their own bathrooms. This separation gives the bedroom areas different routes into the shared living space.
Several rooms can serve uses beyond sleeping. The drawing includes a flex room, a separate media/gym/art-studio space and a study. Some are labeled for optional bedroom configurations. Cotino also describes garage conversions and a detached guest-house option, which can change the bedroom count, bathroom count and total living area.
The official listing advertises a range of three to eight bedrooms and three to eight full bathrooms across configurations; eight bedrooms are not the base layout shown here. When comparing the Stellar with another plan, match the selected bedroom options and remaining garage capacity, then confirm the resulting square footage with the builder. The site’s outdoor concept also describes pool, spa and entertaining areas; the drawing and a specific home’s included features should be reviewed together.
