The great room, dining area and island kitchen form the central gathering space, with a separate back kitchen for preparation and a pantry nearby. A flex room sits beside the great room, while the porch and covered outdoor living area offer gathering spaces on opposite sides of the main rooms.

The primary suite sits beyond the main gathering area, connected by a covered walkway. It includes a large bathroom, walk-in closet and private outdoor living area. Bedroom four occupies the opposite side of the outdoor space, also reached along a covered walkway. Bedrooms two and three sit near the front entry and each has an ensuite bathroom. Review those outdoor connections if keeping all bedroom routes inside the home matters to you.

Cotino’s current listing shows approximately 5,713–6,828 square feet across configurations, with four to five bedrooms and full bathrooms. Choices include a primary retreat, an additional primary bathroom, a second primary-bedroom configuration, a fifth bedroom and bath, formal dining and a four-car garage.
