Its published base specifications are approximately 5,713 square feet, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half bathroom and three garage spaces. The “II” name does not indicate a second floor in the current base plan.
The layout centers on a great room, dining area and island kitchen, supported by a separate back kitchen, pantry and drop zone near the garages. A flex room sits between the great room and the two secondary bedrooms near the entry. Both of those bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
The primary suite and bedroom four sit beyond the covered outdoor living area, reached by covered walkways. The primary suite includes its own bathroom, walk-in closet and private outdoor living space. Compared with the current Portrait drawing, the Portrait II drawing brings the covered outdoor living area closer to these bedroom spaces and shows a different arrangement of the connecting walkways. Compare both official drawings when considering circulation and the relationship between bedrooms and outdoor areas.
Available choices shown in Cotino’s viewer include a primary-bedroom fireplace, an additional primary bathroom, primary retreat, second primary-bedroom configuration, fifth bedroom and bathroom, formal dining and a four-car garage. A basement is also described as a building option.
