The Season is a single-story Davidson Communities Estate design with approximately 7,344 square feet, five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bathroom in the published base specifications. Its layout places a large outdoor living area between the central gathering rooms and several bedroom spaces.
The great room and dining area connect to an island kitchen with a dedicated prep kitchen and pantry. Full-length sliding-glass openings extend the living area toward the covered outdoor space. Near the entry, a large flex room gives the home another indoor gathering area, while a second flex space sits closer to the primary-suite side of the plan.
The primary suite includes two walk-in closets, a spacious bathroom and adjacent private outdoor areas. Four secondary bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom. An extended covered walkway serves the bedroom wing, and several bedrooms have their own private outdoor living areas.
