Architects Fork is the table-service restaurant within Cotino’s private Artisan Club in Rancho Mirage. Its design draws on architecture and Imagineering, while its covered outdoor dining area looks across Cotino Bay.

The waterfront patio
Mark’s October 13, 2026 photograph shows the covered patio’s dining tables, ceiling fans and wide view across the water. The mix of smaller tables and a long shared table gives a closer look at how the outdoor dining area is arranged.
The patterned shades, slender columns and open edge frame the bay without enclosing the patio. Plot Twist sits nearby and has its own separate profile with photographs of the bar, storybook mural and outdoor seating.
Dining and access
Architects Fork is part of the voluntary Artisan Club experience. It is separate from the public-facing Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops district. Current menus, service hours, reservations, guest privileges and dining charges should be confirmed with the club.
