Inside the main home, the kitchen opens to the great room so cooking, conversation, and relaxing can happen together. The den gives you a separate place to read, work remotely, or enjoy a quiet afternoon.
The kitchen features KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas cooktop, convection microwave combination, and warming drawer. Tile flooring continues through the home and casita. The primary suite includes a bay window, generous closet, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower.
Outside, choose between the courtyard and extended rear patio for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or an evening in the desert air. Mature landscaping surrounds the outdoor spaces, and French doors connect the interior with the patio. Beyond the home, Trilogy’s shared pools, fitness facilities, and courts add more ways to spend your winter and spring.

What dates and rental rate are currently listed?
The listed seasonal window is November 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027, at $6,000 per month, with a $2,500 security deposit. Contact Mark to confirm current availability, your proposed dates, and the fixed-term lease. Future-season inquiries are welcome too.
Does the three-bedroom count include the casita?
Yes. The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total, including the detached casita across the private courtyard. There is also a separate den, which is not counted as a fourth bedroom. Ask Mark to confirm bed sizes and the sleeping setup for your group.
Is the home furnished, and can I bring a pet?
The home is offered turnkey furnished, and one small pet is welcome. Let Mark know about your pet when you inquire. The listing photos show the home’s current setup; the inventory and home preparation walkthrough will be added separately.
Is there a private pool, and which community amenities are included?
The home does not have a private pool. Community amenity access is included through Trilogy’s renter registration process, with shared pools, fitness facilities, and recreation courts. Golf, dining, spa treatments, and fee-based programs are separate. Mark will confirm current access requirements and facility rules for your stay.
What should I confirm before reserving?
Confirm your dates, lease length, bed configuration, occupancy and community eligibility, utilities, and any applicable cleaning or other charges with Mark. The signed rental agreement establishes the final terms. Private arrival and access details are shared directly with confirmed renters.
