PGA West Nicklaus Tournament is the name used on Bloom for the residential area associated with the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course. These original aerial views bring its lake edges, fairways and homes into focus, including the PGA WEST lettering across the water from the Tournament Clubhouse.

Mark Miller captured the photographs on November 5, 2026 while flying from Ernie’s restaurant parking area. Several frames show the relationship between the golf landscape and nearby residential streets. A wide aerial can cross more than one subdivision and should not be read as a precise association boundary.

Nicklaus Tournament and Nicklaus Private

These are different courses and different names to use when searching for homes. The Tournament Course offers resort tee times; the Nicklaus Private Course is part of the private-club offering. Keep that distinction in mind when comparing an address, its outlook and its recreation options.

The course and clubhouse setting

Jack Nicklaus designed the Tournament Course, known for demanding play around the greens and the unusual feature of two island greens. Its clubhouse base is shared with the Stadium Course, and Ernie’s Bar & Grill provides public dining at the Tournament Clubhouse.

The gallery includes lake and residential views rather than a hole-by-hole course survey. For current course access, playing information and maintenance dates, use the official PGA West course site.

Looking at homes here

The photographs show why the exact position of a home matters. A house can face open fairway, look across water or sit along an interior street. Compare patio privacy, sun direction, cart-path proximity and the room layout rather than treating all golf-community homes as interchangeable.

Before buying, verify the legal association for the address and review its current maintenance responsibilities, financial disclosures and rental rules. Course frontage is not evidence of club membership, nor does it establish who owns or maintains a lake.

Search PGA West Nicklaus Tournament homes on Bloom.
