PGA West Stadium brings together a residential neighborhood and one of the desert’s best-known golf courses. Lakes, fairways and rows of homes shape the landscape, while the Santa Rosa Mountains give the wider views their distinctive backdrop.

Mark Miller’s November 5, 2026 aerial photographs show the setting at several scales: the course and mountains, the rock-lined island green, and homes around the neighborhood’s interior lakes. Wide views can include adjacent PGA West communities; they are orientation photographs, not surveyed boundary maps.

The Stadium Course

Pete Dye’s Stadium Course is a resort course with publicly bookable tee times. Its best-known landmark is the par-3 17th, Alcatraz, where boulders and water surround the island green. The close aerial in this gallery shows that rock-lined setting.

Course access is separate from residential ownership. A home beside a fairway does not by itself provide golf privileges. Check the official course site for current tee times, maintenance closures and playing arrangements.

Homes and the lake setting

Our photographs show a variety of residential settings around the Stadium area, including homes beside interior water features. A lake view and a golf-front location are different property features: compare the exact outlook, distance to play, patio orientation and nearby cart paths at each address.

The name used in a listing should be checked against its association documents. PGA West’s course names, real-estate subdivisions and association responsibilities do not always describe identical boundaries.

Comparing the neighborhood

For a buyer, the useful comparison is property-specific. Review the floor plan, outdoor space, recent condition and what the association maintains. Then establish which services and recreation facilities are included and which require separate arrangements. Use the current listing and association disclosures for dues, rental rules and any transfer charges.
