This is a 150-room boutique hotel in Marriott’s Autograph Collection at 45-400 Larkspur Lane, immediately south of El Paseo. It suits travelers who want a walkable dining-and-shopping base, couples planning a short escape, and visitors combining Palm Desert appointments with leisure time. It is also worth considering for a local dinner, a spa appointment or a small celebration.

El Paseo is the nearby anchor, with shops, galleries, restaurants and public art distributed along the boulevard.

The wide aerial is particularly useful for orientation. It shows the hotel within an established neighborhood, with streets, commercial buildings, palms and mountain slopes around it. The closer views reveal the arrival canopy on Larkspur Lane and the balconies facing the street. This is a hotel within the city’s daily life; travelers who are sensitive to street activity should discuss room placement before booking.

Walkability is most useful for the immediate El Paseo area. For outings elsewhere in the valley, plan on a car, taxi, rideshare or a specifically confirmed shuttle. Room features advertised across the property include local artwork, robes, coffee makers, mini-refrigerators, work desks and streaming-capable televisions. Many rooms have balconies, but a balcony, a particular view or a soaking tub should be confirmed for the category you select. A mini-refrigerator is not a kitchen, and a room labeled “spa” is not a promise that treatments are included.

For a quiet stay, ask about the room’s relationship to the street, restaurant entertainment, pool and event areas. If traveling with children or another adult, confirm the permitted occupancy and bedding directly; a room’s floor area does not establish how many guests it accommodates.

The hotel’s amenities page currently lists a $37 daily destination fee; confirm the final amount and tax treatment in your booking quote. Palm Springs International Airport is the closest major commercial airport; Marriott lists it at approximately 12.5 miles from the property. Allow for actual traffic and your flight schedule. Marriott states that the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle. The local golf-and-shopping shuttle is a separate service, so arrange airport transportation independently.

The hotel lists mobility-accessible and hearing-accessible rooms, accessible public spaces and dining areas, and assistive features such as visual alerts.
