Homes and outdoor spaces

The aerial views show how the homes turn toward enclosed outdoor living areas. Many roofs carry solar panels, while some designs combine a low tile-roof section with a taller flat-roof volume. A landscaped corridor with palms and small water features helps distinguish the interior of the community.

Location and neighborhood boundaries

Santo Thomas and Salida del Sol are the main north–south streets, connected by Castillo del Arena and Brisa Marina. The name is easily confused with the nearby natural landmark, Coral Mountain, and the separate Cantera at Coral Mountain community south of Avenue 58. This page covers the Alta Verde neighborhood.
