Homes and outdoor spaces

The aerial photographs show mostly single-level, tile-roof homes, palms, desert landscaping and private pools behind the houses. Compared with adjacent Lions Gate, the houses form a more regular pattern along a much narrower strip of land.

Location and neighborhood boundaries

The wide view places Santerra beside the Avenue 58 and Madison Street intersection. Lions Gate sits directly west; PGA West’s golf landscape is across Madison. A nearby course in a photograph does not by itself establish golf membership or resident access.
