Desert Retreat is a Del Webb 55+ community in north Indio, California. New single-story homes and the community’s Oasis Clubhouse are being built in phases, with mountain views and a lake setting shaping the neighborhood.
September 25, 2026 construction update
Mark Miller captured all 11 photographs in this gallery during his September 25 visit. Photos 1–8 document the Oasis Clubhouse taking shape and work around the future pool area; photos 9–11 show residential development and homes under construction.
The clubhouse remains under construction. PulteGroup’s June 18, 2026 announcement targets summer 2027 completion; an opening date has not been confirmed by this photo visit.
